Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition that you received it in, and in the original packaging.

Due to the destructive nature of pulling tiles out of their packaging, we regretfully cannot accept a return on used tiles, unless there is a quality issue for which we're responsible for.

Guarantee

Simbit is well-designed and made from strong, industrial materials. We guarantee the product, but not the cryptocurrency stored on it.

Simply said, there's no way that we could ever prove how much crypto is on a Simbit, and so it's not something we could ever rationally put a guarantee on.

Instead, we're offering you a tool which won't melt in a fire, won't rust away in a flood, and that can't be hacked. We're pretty sure that beats any storage method you're using now.
